A new pipe,
built inside
the old one.

Cured-in-place pipe lining (CIPP) is the modern standard for sewer line rehabilitation. A flexible liner saturated with structural resin is inserted into the existing pipe and cured in place — creating a seamless, corrosion-resistant pipe within the host pipe.

The result is a structurally independent pipe rated for 50+ years of service life. Root infiltration points are sealed. Scale and buildup are eliminated. And your landscaping, driveway, and property stay exactly as they were.

We do not recommend trenchless when excavation is the better answer. We look first — every time — and tell you what the camera actually shows.

01
Camera Inspection
A waterproof camera travels the full length of the line. We document pipe material, condition, root intrusion, structural issues, and exact problem locations before any work begins.
02
Line Preparation
Hydro jetting and descaling remove buildup, grease, and debris from pipe walls — ensuring clean adhesion for the liner and revealing true pipe condition below the scale.
03
Liner Installation
The resin-saturated liner is inserted and positioned through minimal access points. Curing takes place in-line using heat or UV. No open trench. Minimal surface disruption.
04
Post-Cure Verification
We re-camera the completed line. You receive before-and-after footage documenting the finished repair. The record is yours — not ours.
